Today I Created my Own Diet
Today is the first day of the diet I created. Basically, it is a smoothie for breakfast, a smoothie for lunch, and four boiled eggs and water for dinner. I am a coffee nut, so I am allowing myself to have a daily, non-sweetened Americano. I walk 5K to work and 5K home, so that is the baseline for my exercising.
